The offer and sale of products on our website (“http://www.poggiodelre.com”) are governed by these General Terms of Sale.
The products purchased on poggiodelre.com are sold directly by Corama srl (“Corama”), with its registered office in Italy, Via Trapani 1 90013 Castelbuono PA, Iscr. Reg. Imp., C.F. and VAT No. 06664820823, Cap. Soc. Euro 10,000.00

1. Our trade policy
1.1
The Seller offers for sale, on poggiodelre.com, the products and carries out its e-commerce activity exclusively towards its end users who are “consumers”.
1.2
When we talk about “consumer” we refer to any natural person acting on poggiodelre.com with purposes not related to their commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity, possibly carried out. If you are not a “consumer”, we encourage you to refrain from concluding commercial transactions through poggiodelre.com.
1.3
In view of its commercial policy, the Seller reserves the right not to follow up orders from subjects other than the “consumer” or in any case to orders that do not comply with its commercial policy.
1.4
These General Terms of Sale only govern the offer, forwarding and acceptance of purchase orders for products on poggiodelre.com between poggiodelre.com users and the Seller.
1.5
The General Terms of Sale do not regulate the provision of services or the sale of products by subjects other than the Seller who are present on poggiodelre.com through links, banners or other hyperlinks. We advise you, before submitting orders and purchasing products and services from subjects other than the Seller, to verify their conditions of sale, because the Seller is not responsible for the provision of services by third parties other than the Seller or for the conclusion of e-commerce operations between dipoggiodelre.com users and third parties.
2. How to conclude the contract with CORAMA
2.1
To conclude the contract to purchase one or more products on poggiodelre.com, you will have to fill out the order form in electronic format and transmit it to the Seller, electronically, following the relevant instructions.
2.2
Before proceeding to the purchase of the products, through the transmission of the order form, we ask you to carefully read the General Conditions of Sale and the Notice on the right of withdrawal, to print a copy through the printing command and to store or reproduce a copy for your personal uses. We will also provide you with a summary of the information on the essential characteristics of each product ordered with its price (including all applicable taxes or taxes), the means of payment that you can use to purchase each product, the delivery methods of the purchased products, the shipping and delivery costs. If applicable to the purchase, you will be informed that, in case of withdrawal, you will have to bear the cost of returning the products.
2.3
In the order form, displayed immediately before the conclusion of the purchase contract, we will provide you with summary information about the essential characteristics of each product ordered, the price (including all applicable taxes or taxes) and shipping costs (including any additional costs incurred by you for choosing a different and/or faster type of shipment and delivery than the standard one). The contract is concluded when the Seller receives, electronically, your order form, subject to verification of the correctness of the data relating to your order.
2.4
The order form will be stored in our database for the period of time necessary for the fulfillment of orders and in any case within the terms of the law.
2.5
When proceeding with the transmission of the order form you will be warned that such forwarding implies the obligation to pay the indicated price. Before proceeding to the transmission of the order form, you will also be required to identify and correct any data entry errors.
2.6
The language available to conclude the contract with the Seller is Italian.
2.7
Once the contract is concluded, CORAMA will take charge of your purchase order.
2.8
The Seller may not place your purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in case of unavailability of the products.
In these cases, we will inform you by e-mail that the contract is not concluded and that the Seller has not followed up your purchase order by specifying the reasons for it.
If the products, presented on poggiodelre.com, are no longer available or for sale at the time of your last access to the site or the sending of the order form, it will be the responsibility of the Seller to inform you, promptly and in any case within thirty (30) days from the day following the day on which you have transmitted your order to the Seller, any unavailability of the products ordered. In case of submission of the order form and payment of the price, the Seller will refund, without undue delay, what you have already anticipated and the contract will be resolved between the parties.
2.9
With the electronic transmission of the order form, you accept unconditionally and undertake to observe, in relations with the Seller, these General Conditions of Sale. If you do not share some of the terms in the General Terms of Sale, we encourage you not to submit the order form for the purchase of the products on poggiodelre.com.
2.10
With the transmission of the order form, you confirm that you know and accept the General Terms of Sale and the additional information contained in poggiodelre.com, also recalled via links, including the General Conditions of Use and privacy policy and the Notice on the right of withdrawal.
2.11
Once the contract has been concluded, the Seller will send you, by e-mail, a receipt of the purchase order, containing the General Conditions of Sale and the summary document on the Right of Withdrawal and therefore, all the information already contained in the summary of commercial and contractual conditions displayed before proceeding to the purchase.2.12
We remind you that the product you buy is intended exclusively for the country in which you place the order; Therefore, if you decide to enter the product in a different country, you are responsible for the entry and are required to follow the applicable regulations and restrictions both for export from the country where you purchased the item and for importing it into the country where you intend to take it. CORAMA already declines any responsibility for this.
3. Guarantees and indication of product prices
3.1
The essential characteristics of the products are presented on poggiodelre.com inside each product sheet. However, the images and colors of the products offered for sale on poggiodelre.com may not correspond to the real ones due to the Internet browser and the monitor used.
3.2
Product prices may be subject to upgrades. Make sure that the final sale price is made before you submit the relevant order form.
4. Payments
4.1
For the payment of the price of the products and the related shipping and delivery costs you can follow one of the methods indicated in the order form.
4.2
In the case of payment by credit card, financial information (e.g. credit/debit card number or expiry date) will be forwarded to banks providing the relevant electronic remote payment services.
5. Shipping and delivery of products
5.1
To find out the specific methods of shipping and delivering the products, go to the Shipping section, within the order. Please pay attention to what is stated in this section because the indications contained therein form an integral and substantial part of these General Conditions of Sale and, therefore, are considered by you to be fully known and accepted at the time of transmission of the order form.

7. Right of withdrawal
7.1
You have the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Seller, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen (14) days, from the day of receipt of the products purchased on poggiodelre.com.
7.2
To withdraw from the contract you can send an email to corama@poggiodelre.com or contact us on the phone number 0921 671121.
If, on the other hand, you choose to send another declaration of withdrawal, the burden of proving the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be on you.
7.3
Once you have terminated your contract, you will need to return the products by registered mail within fourteen (14) days from the time you informed the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract.
7.4
The only expenses at your expense are those of returning the purchased products.
7.5
The Right of Withdrawal – in addition to compliance with the terms and procedures described in points 7.1, 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4 – is intended to be exercised correctly if the following conditions are also fully respected:
- Faxes, emails or other explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract must be correctly completed and transmitted to the Seller within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the products;
- products must not have been used, worn, washed;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging, the packaging must be intact
- returned products must be delivered to the shipper within fourteen (14) days from the time you have informed the Seller of your decision to withdraw from the contract;
- products should not be damaged.

8 If the Right of Withdrawal is exercised in accordance with the procedures and terms indicated in this paragraph 8, the Seller shall refund any sums already collected for the purchase of the products in accordance with the manner and time

mits.7.9The sums will be refunded to you in the shortest possible time and, in any case, within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal , we will activate the refund procedures, once we have verified the correct execution of the terms and conditions indicated above, as indicated in paragraph 8.7.1

the procedures and deadlines for exercising your right of withdrawal of the previous paragraph 7 are not respected, you will not be entitled to reimbursement of sums already paid to the Seller. Within 14 days of sending the e-mail informing you of the non-acceptance of the return, you can choose to return, at your own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, notifying the Seller himself, in the manner that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products, in addition to the sums already paid for their purchase.
If the conditions of paragraph 7.5 above are not met, you will not be entitled to a full refund of the sums already paid to the Seller. You will, in fact, be responsible for the decrease in value of the returned products, resulting from a use other than that authorized by the Seller in order to allow you to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products themselves. In this case, a percentage of between 10 and 90 percent of the sums you paid to the Seller for the purchase of the returned products will be deducted from the refund provided, according to what will be specifically communicated to you, by e-mail, by the Seller.
Within 14 days of sending the e-mail informing you of the amount deducted from the refund, you can choose to return, at your own expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, notifying the Seller himself, in the manner that will be communicated to you. Otherwise, the Seller may retain the products and an amount corresponding to the percentage deducted from the refund.
8. Time and method of refund8

After the return of the products, the Seller shall carry out the necessary checks relating to their compliance with the conditions and terms indicated in paragraph 7. In the event that the verifications are successful, the Seller sends you, by e-mail, the relative confirmation of the acceptance of the products thus returned. In the event that the verifications do not end positively, the Seller shall notify you, by e-mail, that there has been a decrease in the value of the returned products, resulting from your failure to comply with the conditions of paragraph 7.5 above. At the same time, the Seller also informs you of the amount that will be deducted from the sums paid by you for the purchase of the returned products; without prejudice, alternatively, to the possibility to regain, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Seller, as provided for in paragraph 7.10.8

ny payment method used by you, the refund, in whole or in part, is activated by the Seller in the shortest possible time and in any case within fourteen (14) days from the date on which the Seller became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal after verification of the correct execution of your right withdrawal and verification of the returned products.
8.3
The Seller makes the refund using the same means of payment that you use for the purchase of the returned products, unless you have expressly agreed with the Seller to use a different means of payment and provided that you do not incur any additional costs as a result of the refund. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and those who have made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by the Seller, in any case, against those who made the payment

10. Applicable law and dispute resolution10.1

General Conditions of Sale are governed by Italian law and in particular by legislative decree no. 206, on the Consumer Code in Chapter I” “Consumer Rights in Contracts”, with specific reference to the legislation on distance contracts and Legislative Decree No 70 of 9 April 2003 on certain aspects relating to e-commerce.10.2In the case of

sputes between the Seller and each end user , arising from the General Conditions of Sale, the Seller guarantees, as of now, the full adherence and acceptance of common conciliation services.
